The OMNi-BiOTiC® Apfelland Triathlon is booked out faster from year to year. For us as organizers, this is a great thing. As athletes ourselves, we know how difficult it is to plan so far in advance. We are therefore always endeavoring to make the cancellation process as flexible and simple as possible for you! CANCELLATION: The cancellation of the registration is only possible through your registration confirmation from Pentek Timing via email to info@apfel-tri.com. Upon cancellation, you will receive the following portion of the entry fee back: - until 31.01.2024: 70 percent - from 01.02.2024 to 31.03.2024: 50 percent - from 01.04.2024 to 30.04.2024: 30 percent Until 15.03.2024, you have the option to transfer your registration to the next year. The voucher for the paid entry fee is valid exclusively for the following year and is not transferable to third parties. We will send the voucher after the registration start in 2025. A processing fee of 20 € will be charged. The value of the voucher will be reduced by the processing fee. From 01.05.2024 to 09.05.2024, you will receive a voucher for the following year worth 50% of the paid entry fee. This is valid exclusively for the following year and is not transferable to third parties. From 10.05.2024, the cancellation of the entry is no longer possible and no flexibility can be granted. "Moving up" or changing names is not allowed in principle.
