Olympic Distance
As the name suggests, this is about the classic Olympic distance. Short enough to ensure extremely high speeds in all disciplines for top athletes, but also long enough to become a real endurance challenge. 1.5 km swimming, 40 km cycling, and a final 10 km run.
At Lake Stubenberg
Swim: 1500 m
The swimming course traditionally follows a triangular route and is swum counterclockwise. Starting right next to the finish line, the course goes along the shore towards the opposite side of the lake. Then it turns twice 90 degrees to the left back to the transition area. A total of 1500 meters will be swum. The entire swimming course is highly visible.

Bike: 40 km
The distance of the sprint distance is to be covered twice. After the first lap, do not turn into the lake area (Neuwaldstrasse). Only after the second lap, return to the lake. The course is exactly 40km long and with 450 meters of elevation gain, it's a great challenge for everyone.

AROUND THE STUBENBERGSEE
Run: 10 km
The 5 kilometre loop of the sprint distance is to be completed twice here. From the transition zone, follow the lakeshore, pass behind the leisure park to the bridge onto Austraße. There you reach a turning point and then run the remainder of the lake until you reach the finish line.
